A Travellers Got Talent heat is incorporated into a health roadshow event promoting singing and dancing. This is to be held in Derby 11:00am - 4:00pm and will be opened by the Mayor who will also be one of the judges of the competition along with 2 other judges.

East/West Midlands Regional Final
A further heat of Travellers got Talent (also see 1 July) will take place at Ryton on Dunsmore in conjunction with "Pride not Prejudice" a national conference for police and other agencies.
This is a conference designed for people involved in working with Gypsy and Traveller communities. The conference will be opened by Assistant Chief Constable Bill Holland, the ACPO lead for Gypsies and Travellers and will include a variety of nationally recognised key speakers along with entertainment from Gypsy and Traveller communities.

Community places are free to this event and can be reserved by Travellers Got Talent families and community members that have received their accreditation for Training the Trainers from the Derby's University as they will be awarded at this event.
This event will take placy during the day.
