Contrary to the prejudice expressed by columnist Richard Littlejohn in the Daily Mail, the final didn't feature "tarmacking, tyre-burning and lawnmower racing", but 21 acts that included breakdancing, stepdancing, singing and rapping. The final was the culmination of the third Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month.

The final acts performed on a stage at the heart of the Museum of East Anglian Life in Stowmarket, continuing the museum’s long history of celebrating Gypsy and Traveller heritage and culture. In front of a display of traditional Romany tents, wagons and caravans, acts performed in front of a strong crowd and 4 community judges who decided the winners.
