A Family Day of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History and Culture

What

As part of Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month, Warwickshire Police are hosting a family day at Police Headquarters in Leek Wootton.

This family day will celebrate the history and culture of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller People, through fun and interactive activities.

Attractions include storytelling with Garth Cartwright, award winning author of ‘Princes Amongst Men’ and a traditional Roma band featuring a dancing display.

You are encouraged to bring your friends and children to the event, there will be activities running throughout the day.

Parking and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
